Branden Sletteland is a Principal Software Engineer with the Rockwell Collins Government Systems Common Platform Software department. He has been with Rockwell Collins since 2001. His primary background is in embedded Operating Systems and device driver software development for safety critical applications, but he is also been involved in integration and demos of advanced technology. Branden was a part of the joint CS and GS pursuit team which defined the product line Multicore Common Processing Resource (MCPR). Variants of the MCPR are being deployed on multiple GS programs with DO-178C DAL-A artifacts. Mr. Sletteland received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (emphasis on Computer Engineering) from North Dakota State University and a Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering and Architecting from Stevens Institute of Technology.
