Ed Tubbs is a Senior Systems Engineer for the Test, Training and Instrumentation (TTI) department in Government Systems and has more than 14 years of engineering experience at Rockwell Collins developing Information Assurance and Cybersecurity technologies. Previously, Mr. Tubbs was a Software Engineer supporting the NSA-certified Janus Cryptographic Engine and the Modernized User Equipment (MUE) program and later the Systems Security Engineer for the Turnstile and MicroTurnstile SecureOne Guard products. He also supported the successful certification and accreditation of the Common Range Integrated Instrumentation System (CRIIS). Recently, he helped capture the Tactical Combat Training System (TCTS) Increment II program and is currently the Security Lead for TCTS Increment II. Mr. Tubbs received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and a Masters Certificate in Systems Engineering and Architecting from Stevens Institute of Technology.
